What happens if I don't use up my funds by the end of the weekend?

Hold onto your Cashless Wristband after the event. The week after the festival, you’ll receive an email to request a refund for any remaining balance.

You’ll need the 6-digit code on the back of your Cashless Wristband Chip to complete the process.

Refund requests are open from August 12, 2026 until September 2, 2026.
