Where is Will Call located?

There are two Will Call locations, one in Rosarito and one in Tijuana. The locations are from 2025 if something changes we will post more information via email or social media.

Rosarito Will Call Location: 

Papas&Beer, Rosarito

Rosarito Will Call and Customer Service will be located in the lot beside Papas&Beer in Rosarito (the lot directly South of the Papas&Beer Cantina).

Coronado 400, Playas Rosarito, 22710 Playas de Rosarito, B.C., Mexico

2026 Will Call hours will be announced closer to the festival. Below you can find the 2025 Will Call hours for reference. They will be similar for 2026.

• Thursday: 2pm – 10pm
• Friday: 10am – 9pm
• Saturday: 10am – 10pm
• Sunday: 10am – 8pm 

Tijuana Will Call Location - For Tijuana Shuttle Pass Holders Only:

Hotel Pueblo Amigo (for Tijuana Shuttle pass holders only)

Located: Vía Rápida Ote. 9211, Zona Urbana Río Tijuana, 22010 Tijuana, B.C.
